Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what data UrgentVisa collects when you use this site, why, and what rights you have over it. UrgentVisa is operated by a business registered in France, SIRET 92792462100018.
What we collect directly. UrgentVisa does not require an account and does not ask you to submit personal information to read a visa guide. Your currency, language, and theme preferences are stored locally in your browser (via localStorage), never sent to our servers, and never shared with anyone. If you email us directly (see Contact), we hold that email and its contents only for as long as needed to answer you.
What third parties collect. When you click an affiliate link on this site (for flights, insurance, an eSIM, a transfer, a hotel, or a visa application), you leave UrgentVisa and land on our partner's site. That partner — and the affiliate network connecting us, primarily Travelpayouts (tp.media) — may set their own cookies or tracking to record that the click came from UrgentVisa, so we can be paid a commission. We do not see or receive any personal data you enter on the partner's site; we only see that a click happened. We may also use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Cloudflare Analytics, or similar) and, in the future, ad services such as Google AdSense, to understand how the site is used and to display ads; these tools can set their own cookies. Your rights (GDPR). If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or anywhere else with similar data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how it's used. Since UrgentVisa collects almost nothing about you directly, most of these requests will simply confirm we hold no personal data tied to you beyond a support email if you've sent one. Data we don't do. We do not sell personal data. We do not run our own advertising network. We do not build cross-site tracking profiles beyond what the third-party tools named above do on their own terms.
Security. This site is served over HTTPS. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we don't store passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal data on our own servers — payments and personal details for anything you book happen entirely on our partners' sites, under their own security and privacy terms.
Changes to this policy. If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
