## Notes
Cambodian citizens are on the EU visa-required list (Regulation EU 2018/1806 Annex I); only holders of diplomatic/service passports are visa-exempt for 90 days, and those holding a valid multi-entry Schengen visa may enter without a separate Romanian visa.
