## Notes
Since Jan 1, 2026, Belarusians need a prior visa from a Cape Verdean embassy/consulate (no CV embassy in Belarus; apply via e.g. Berlin), EASE pre-registration + Airport Security Tax (TSA) still apply, and Belarusians holding valid EU residence permits are exempt from the prior visa.
